About us

The Joint Stock Company "Orizont" was founded in 1992. During this period the company has been managed by the director Vasile Lipcan. The main type of activity is provision of construction services and namely residential, civil and industrial constructions.

In 1998 a department for production of thermal insulation materials (expanded polystyrene, polystyrene concrete, gas concrete blocks), with modern equipment was created, which current volume makes up 10-17% of the total turnover. In the last three years the volume of sales made up an average of 51.5 mln. MDL annually. The number of employees ranges from 150-280 people, depending on the season.

Since 2010 “Orizont” JSC was certified according to the integrated management standards:

• ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Certificate
• ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Certificate
• Labour Health and Safety Certificate OHSAS 18001: 2007.
